Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Graphic Designer focused on digital assets and motion design to create visual materials. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of social media assets, campaigns, and digital media content 2. Development of simple animations (motion) for social media 3. Support in building and maintaining brand visual identities We are looking for a creative and organized **Graphic Designer**, focused on **digital assets** and with knowledge of **motion design**, to create visual materials for campaigns, social media, and digital projects. This person will be responsible for transforming strategies into attractive visual assets, ensuring aesthetic quality, brand consistency, and delivery agility. **Main Responsibilities** ================================ * Create assets for **social media (feed, stories, ads)** * Develop **key visuals and campaign extensions** * Produce materials for **digital media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)** * Create presentations and institutional materials * Support in building and maintaining **brand visual identities** * Develop **simple animations (motion)** for social media (e.g., reels, animated stories, short videos) **Requirements** ============== * Experience in digital graphic design * Proficiency in tools such as: + Figma + Photoshop + Illustrator + After Effects or similar * Basic knowledge of **motion design** (simple animations) * Understanding of formats and best practices for social media and digital media * Organizational skills to manage multiple requests * Ability to adapt assets for different formats and channels **Preferred Qualifications** ================ * Experience in marketing or advertising agencies * Basic knowledge of **video editing** * Understanding of performance (assets optimized for conversion) * Collaboration with **content, media, and planning teams** **Profile We Seek** ======================= * Creative, yet strategically minded * Agile and organized * Detail-oriented * Proactive and collaborative
