Main Responsibilities * Assist with e\-commerce operations from receiving goods to shipping * Handle customer service, complaints, and coordination with logistics carriers * Monitor and improve order flow and delivery timelines * Manage listings and campaigns on marketplaces * Operate and monitor ERP systems, pricing, and product cataloging * Support procurement, price reviews, and spreadsheet organization * Assist with operations, packaging, and shipping when required Requirements * Proven experience in e\-commerce operations * Experience with Mercado Livre and Shopee * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Fulfillment, ADS, listing creation, and image/video editing/creation Expected Behavioral Profile A professional who views the business holistically, takes initiative, organizes processes, and maintains execution standards.
