Job Summary: IBRAVIDROS is seeking a proactive E-commerce Assistant to handle online sales, organize products, develop packaging, and monitor orders and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and logistics support IBRAVIDROS is looking for an **E-commerce Assistant** to join our team and support online sales operations, contributing to product organization, packaging development, order tracking, and customer service. We seek an **organized, proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented professional**, skilled in systems, internet, and digital tools. **Job Information** * **Position:** E-commerce Assistant * **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * **Work Location:** IBRAVIDROS – Ferraz de Vasconcelos – SP * **Benefits:** Meal voucher R$27.17/day – Transportation voucher – Food basket – Health insurance (only 20% of the monthly premium paid by the employee) Salary is entry-level! **Main Responsibilities** * Register, update, and maintain products on online sales channels and marketplaces; * Update product information, including images, prices, descriptions, and stock availability; * Develop packaging for product shipments. * Integrate and monitor marketplace sales (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magazine Luiza, Amazon) from purchase confirmation through shipment: * Provide customer service via digital channels, supporting inquiries regarding products, orders, exchanges, and returns; * Monitor delivery status and assist in resolving issues with carriers and logistics partners; * Verify and track orders to ensure correct processing; * Coordinate across **E-commerce, Inventory, Shipping, Billing, and Logistics** departments; * Assist in inventory control and monitoring for products listed on digital channels; * Create and update spreadsheets and controls related to online sales; * Prepare sales, order, and inventory reports; * Create and update listings and promotional campaigns; * Adjust product images and promotional materials; * Identify opportunities to improve online sales processes and customer shopping experience; * Perform other operational tasks related to daily E-commerce department activities. **Requirements** * Completed high school; preferred enrollment in or graduation from Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields; * Experience with marketplaces and E-commerce platforms; * Familiarity with online sales platforms and marketplaces; * Proficiency in **Excel and Canva or Photoshop**; * Knowledge of systems, internet, digital tools, photo editing, and listing creation; * Understanding of SEO and listing optimization; * Experience providing customer service through digital channels; * Prior experience in companies within the **glass, decoration, construction, or retail** sectors. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and agility in problem-solving; * Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other company departments. Compensation: R$2,600.00 – R$3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
