




Job Summary: Responsible for developing and maintaining the institution’s visual identity by creating creative and functional materials to strengthen the brand and engage the audience. Key Highlights: 1. Create graphic materials for campaigns, events, and digital and printed media. 2. Collaborate on national and regional campaigns, such as Restaurant Week. 3. Monitor design trends and propose innovations to enhance the entity's image. Responsible for developing and maintaining the institution’s visual identity across all its communication channels, contributing to brand strengthening, audience engagement, and appreciation of the out-of-home dining sector. Works collaboratively with communication, events, and institutional project teams to create creative, functional, and strategy-aligned materials. Responsibilities: \- Create graphic materials for institutional campaigns, events, social media, printed and digital materials; \- Develop presentations, visual reports, infographics, and partner acquisition materials; \- Support the communication team in creating visual content for social media, newsletters, and websites; \- Ensure consistent application of Abrasel’s visual identity across all materials; \- Collaborate on the development of the entity’s national and regional campaigns (e.g., Restaurant Week, Brasil Sabor Festival, etc.); \- Layout institutional publications, such as magazines, e-books, and guides; \- Monitor design trends and propose innovations to strengthen Abrasel’s image. Requirements: \- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields; \- Proficiency in Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva; \- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; \- Knowledge of digital and print design; \- Basic UX/UI knowledge and elementary video editing are advantageous; \- Creative, collaborative profile with strong commitment to deadlines. Desirable: \- Prior experience in third-sector organizations, associations, or companies in the food/hospitality industry; \- Sensitivity to topics related to gastronomy, entrepreneurship, and public policies.
