Here, we seek individuals who share these principles and wish to grow alongside us—contributing to the development of our clients and our team. **Prerequisites:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Multimedia Production, or related fields (preferably 3rd to 6th semester). **Responsibilities:** **Endomarketing Materials:** Updating assets for the People & Management team’s routine activities and creating new assets to support endomarketing initiatives. **Social Media Design:** Creating and adapting graphics for Instagram (feed, stories, carousels, reels), LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring brand consistency. **Institutional Materials:** Supporting the development of commercial presentations (slides), e-books, catalogs, and infographics. **Short Video Editing:** Assisting in editing simple videos, institutional videos, or reels. **Brainstorming:** Actively participating in creative meetings and proposing new communication ideas. Basic/intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with video editing (Premiere/CapCut), generative AI tools, and digital marketing concepts.
