We seek individuals who have achieved proven results and have organically gained at least 2,000 followers solely through content production. REQUIREMENTS: Must have had viral content, know how to edit, know how to capture content, and have managed an account that gained at least 2,000 followers per month organically. Your Responsibilities: * Strategic content planning (not just calendar-based) * Editorial line structuring focused on funnel * Topic ideation and script direction * Organization and monitoring of schedules * Metrics analysis and weekly reporting * Identification of growth opportunities * Data-driven strategic adjustments * Trend research applicable to the niche * Content capture * Reels video editing * Carousel creation What We Expect From You: * Strategic mindset (think in terms of conversion, not just engagement) * Extreme organization * Commercial awareness * Execution agility * Strong writing skills * Ability to analyze numbers and propose improvements * Proactivity in suggesting ideas * Responsibility regarding deadlines Bonus Qualifications: * Experience with info-products or mentoring * Knowledge of sales funnels * Understanding of paid traffic * Experience with Instagram-focused sales * Familiarity with ClickUp * Completion of online courses by digital experts (e.g., Leonardo Ladeira, Hyeser, Rafa Brito, Paulo Cuenca, etc.) This position is NOT for: * Someone who needs constant step-by-step instructions * Someone who works only based on inspiration * Someone who dislikes metrics * Someone who avoids responsibility * Someone who becomes disorganized under high volume Employment Model: * Model: (CLT / PJ — to be defined) * Format: (Remote / Hybrid — to be defined) * Compensation: BRL 2,500–3,500 + performance bonus Job Type Full-time STEPS: Selection Process: Step 1 – Form Submission Step 2 – Online Pre-interview (30 minutes) Step 3 – Practical test simulating a real client scenario (we assess strategy, clarity of reasoning, and ability to deliver results) Step 4 – Final in-person meeting Job Type: Full-time, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Payment: BRL 2,500.00 – BRL 3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone Screening Question(s): * Are you agreeable to the salary range of BRL 2,500–3,500? * Do you understand this is a hybrid role and that on content-capture days you must be present in person? * Are you proficient in video editing using CapCut? * Have you grown any Instagram account from zero? * Can you create viral content?
