Our culture emphasizes results, innovation, and teamwork, within an environment that values continuous development. **What You Will Do**: * Manage the digital sales team, focusing on results and exceeding targets. * Develop and implement sales and e-commerce strategies to increase the company’s reach. * Analyze team performance and conduct training to optimize performance. * Monitor and report sales KPIs, adjusting processes as needed. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and sales strategies. **What We Are Looking For**: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Commercial Supervisor or in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of digital sales and e-commerce. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Desirable**: * Knowledge of digital marketing strategies. * Experience with CRM tools and data analysis. * Analytical mindset and results focus. **Benefits and Perks**: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * Competitive salary + commission. * Medical and dental insurance. * SESC and Gympass benefits. * Birthday leave.
