Job Summary: Develop 3D models in Revit and Civil 3D, prepare construction documents, and ensure model standardization and quality, adhering to technical standards and BIM protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Development of 3D models in Revit and Civil 3D 2. Development of construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD 3. Knowledge of BIM processes and methodology ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Develop 3D models in Revit and Civil 3D according to the required level of detail for each project phase; Prepare construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD; Extract quantities, drawings, and technical documentation; Ensure model standardization and quality, following internal standards and guidelines; Update and revise models according to project changes; Read, interpret, and coordinate interdisciplinary drawings; Comply with technical standards and company BIM protocols; Support the development and maintenance of parametric families. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D; Knowledge of BIM processes and methodology; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively; Familiarity with creating and editing parametric families in Revit. ### **JOB BENEFITS** Bradesco Health Plan for employee plus 1 dependent (spouse or child) Bradesco Dental Plan (optional) Life Insurance TotalPass Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher (VT) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** CLT
