Analytical ability, discretion, agility, and effective communication Description: * Participation in corporate investigations or support in whistleblower report investigations. * Knowledge of research tools and databases for background checks. * Experience with Aliant and Neoway tools. * Analytical profile, with discretion, diligence, sense of responsibility, critical thinking, and agility in problem resolution. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to conduct meetings and presentations. * Ease of interaction with different departments and hierarchical levels. * Proactivity and commitment to results. * Support in conducting Due Diligence analyses. * Collect, organize, and interpret public and private information regarding suppliers, partners, and service providers. * Assist in drafting, updating, and reviewing internal policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. * Provide support to the Compliance team in servicing regional directorates and Procurement and Supply departments. * Identify, record, and communicate potential reputational, legal, or integrity risks. * Support consultants and analysts in whistleblower report investigations, including: participation in interviews, preparation of minutes, and organization and control of related documents and evidence. * Conduct research and content gathering to support training sessions, campaigns, and institutional communications. * Collaborate in preparing management reports and performance indicators for the department. * Act as an agent of organizational culture, promoting ethics, transparency, and compliance practices. * Ability to draft texts and prepare reports clearly and objectively. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with anti-corruption legislation, compliance, and corporate governance. 2511110202181800422
