Welcoming and attending to visitors, customers, and suppliers, providing support and guidance. Controlling and organizing physical and electronic files, maintaining updated and accessible records. Answering telephone calls, forwarding calls, and providing essential information. Sorting financial documents, organizing and archiving reports, invoices, and receipts to facilitate access. Processing accounts payable and receivable, verifying data accuracy prior to approval. Answering telephone calls, providing basic information to customers or directing\-them to the appropriate departments. Shipping and receiving materials, sorting and organizing goods, checking received products, entering data into spreadsheets.
