We are looking for a **Traffic Manager** to join the team at **Haus Company**, an agency specialized in real estate marketing strategies and digital performance. We seek someone with an analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and a strong drive for tangible results. The professional will be responsible for **planning, executing, and optimizing paid traffic campaigns**, focusing on generating qualified leads, conversions, and scaling results. They will collaborate directly with strategists, designers, and copywriters on high-impact projects with real estate developers, construction companies, and industry professionals. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and manage paid traffic campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms. * Build conversion funnels and audience journeys. * Conduct performance analyses, reporting, and continuous optimizations. * Work with advanced segmentation, custom audiences, and A/B testing. * Ensure optimal cost-per-lead and ROI across all campaigns. **Requirements:** * Proven experience with paid traffic and campaign management. * Knowledge of metrics, sales funnels, and performance media. * Proficiency in Meta Business, Google Ads, and Google Analytics tools. * Proactive, organized profile with a performance-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the real estate market. * Basic understanding of copywriting and launch funnels. * Familiarity with Haus methodologies (ATAC, PMV, SMN). **Work Mode:** On-site (Palhoça/SC) **Employment Type:** PJ (Independent Contractor) **Working Hours:** Full-time **About Haus:** Haus Company is a marketing and strategy agency focused exclusively on the real estate sector, operating nationwide with expertise in performance, branding, and positioning.
