Join us and grow together. **Job Description** We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Technician II to join our dynamic team in São José dos Campos, Brazil. In this mid-level technical role, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. As a Technician II, you will work independently and collaboratively to diagnose problems, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Your analytical skills, technical knowledge, and commitment to excellence will be essential to delivering reliable service to our internal and external customers. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems and equipment * Operate and troubleshoot various technical equipment, including chillers, compressors, and related systems * Install, replace, and upgrade equipment components while maintaining detailed documentation of all work performed * Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues before they become critical * Perform system startups, calibrations, and performance testing to ensure optimal functionality * Recover, handle, and dispose of refrigerants and other materials in compliance with environmental regulations * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment * Comply with and enforce all technical, safety, and environmental standards and procedures within your work area * Clearly communicate maintenance conclusions, recommendations, and reports to supervisors and team members * Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process optimization and safety improvements * Support the integration and training of junior technicians as needed * Commit to the organization’s mission, values, and integrated management system, promoting quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection * Perform additional technical tasks and professional activities as directed by your immediate supervisor **Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Mechanics, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields * Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration systems * Solid knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical systems, mechanics, and equipment operation * Proficiency in basic computer skills and technical documentation software * Strong understanding of quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment * Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently * Physical capability to perform technical tasks, including lifting weights, climbing, and working in varied environments * Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation * Flexibility and resilience to adapt to constantly changing priorities and challenging situations * Valid driver’s license and availability to work in the São José dos Campos region * Preferred: Experience with specific equipment brands or systems (e.g., Hitachi, VRF, or scroll chillers) * Preferred: Certification in refrigeration, air conditioning, or related technical disciplines **Additional Information** **What We Offer Our Employees:** * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Wellhub (Gympass with partial subsidy for the employee) * Employee Assistance Program — Psychological, social, legal, and financial support * Corporate citizenship: extended maternity and paternity leave * Parenting Kit, childcare allowance for mothers as stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * Vaccination Campaign * Payroll-deductible loan * Annual scheduling — Compensation calendar covering all holidays and bridge days * SESC/SESI partnerships * Other specific benefits applicable according to position and location **Applications accepted until 04/30/2026**
