The role’s purpose is to govern the platform—validating deliverables, challenging solutions, and translating technical complexity into sound business decisions for the client’s e-commerce operations. Your role will be strategic and consultative. You will serve as the technical validator for an architecture where SAP Commerce acts as the e-commerce integrator—connecting legacy systems, the AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) front-end layer, and marketplaces. You will validate solution design to ensure the architecture is scalable, exhibits low latency, and enables seamless integrations—defining required test scenarios and methods to mitigate operational risks before system production launch. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure the new platform’s architecture supports high-volume traffic with performance, security, and stability. * Ensure integration integrity between SAP Commerce and its three connected endpoints: legacy systems, the AEM storefront, and marketplaces. * Independently review and challenge implementation and integration partners’ work, approving or rejecting deliverables based on clear criteria. * Ensure integrity across the most critical areas: catalog, integrations, checkout, and personalization. * Translate technical risks and decisions for project teams and business units, with full traceability. * Lead technical discussions with global teams in English, both in-person and online. **Requirements:** * Senior experience as a Solutions Architect in SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris (B2B and B2C), in high-volume scenarios. * In-depth knowledge of the platform’s core (Java/Spring, extensions) and headless / API-first architecture (OCC): SAP Commerce serving an external storefront, with checkout handled natively by SAP Commerce. * Proven experience integrating SAP Commerce with an external front-end/CMS and with backend systems (ERP/legacy) and marketplaces. * Solid experience with integrations (SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, messaging) and SAP Commerce Cloud infrastructure (CCV2/Azure, CI/CD). * Practical experience in platform migration or upgrade projects. * Advanced English proficiency, including leading technical discussions with global teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or another CMS as a decoupled storefront layer. * SAP Commerce certifications. * Knowledge of VTEX (origin platform) or other e-commerce integrators. * Experience with marketplaces / third-party integrators (3PD). * Experience in the consumer electronics or high-volume retail sector. **Benefits of Being a Cheiler:** * Health and Dental Insurance. * MetLife Life Insurance. * Meal or Food Allowance (Pluxee). * Wellhub. * Maternity/Paternity Kit. * In-house Psychologist. * Discounts at universities, language schools, and partnership with Sesc. * Performance Evaluation. * Birthday Day Off. * Samsung Product Discounts.
