You will help build the engine driving our growth, operating at the intersection of technology, product, and marketing. Your challenge will be to design and build user journeys that convert visitors into active, engaged users. Your mission will be to remove any technical barrier preventing a user from signing up, understanding the value of our product, and becoming a customer. You will be responsible for integrations, automations, and user journeys that make the new-user experience fast, intelligent, and personalized — collaborating remotely and cross-functionally. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Customer Journey:** Design, develop, and maintain APIs, services, and interfaces supporting the entire acquisition flow (landing pages, sign-up, login, trial, and onboarding). * **Experimentation and CRO:** Build server-side and front-end logic to support A/B testing, feature flags, and conversion optimization experiments. * **Integrations:** Connect our platform to essential growth tools such as CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), payment gateways (Stripe), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (Segment, Mixpanel). * **Performance and SEO:** Ensure maximum page load speed (Core Web Vitals) and apply best practices in technical SEO to boost organic acquisition. * **Architecture and Quality:** Write clean, semantic code covered by automated tests, ensuring a secure and resilient architecture capable of handling traffic spikes. * **Data-Driven Culture:** Collaborate with the data team to segment users and instrument the front-end to capture interaction metrics (GA4, Mixpanel). * **Technical Leadership and Team Mentoring:** Support developers’ growth and foster a culture of continuous learning. * **Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams** to define and evolve architecture, processes, and technical solutions. * Serve as a bridge between developers and Engineering Managers, ensuring technical alignment, efficient prioritization, and delivery excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Fullstack Experience:** Proven track record building highly available web applications. * **Back-end:** Strong expertise in **Ruby on Rails** and developing robust RESTful APIs. * **Front-end:** Proficiency in **Vue.js** (or Nuxt.js), TypeScript, semantic HTML5, and CSS3 (Tailwind CSS). * **Architecture:** Knowledge of microservices and messaging systems (Sidekiq, SQS, Kafka). * **Databases:** Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases such as DynamoDB. * **Integrations:** Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs (payments, marketing, sales). * **Testing:** Experience with automated testing (RSpec for back-end; Jest/Cypress for front-end). * **Basic DevOps:** Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments (AWS). * **Growth Mindset:** Data-oriented approach and understanding of key metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, and activation. **Nice-to-Have:** * **Languages:** Knowledge of **Golang**. * **Growth Experience:** Prior experience in Growth teams or Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies. * **Financial Systems:** Experience managing subscriptions and billing (Stripe Billing, Chargebee). * **Architecture Modeling:** Ability to document and communicate technical solutions using **C4 diagrams, event diagrams, and sequence diagrams**. * **Data:** Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL tools. * **Accessibility:** Web accessibility practices (WCAG). **Additional Information** **What You Can Expect From Us?** * 100% remote work. * A trust-based culture focused on results, full of challenges and learning opportunities. * Autonomy and ownership in a collaborative, empathetic environment. * A feedback-driven culture with human-centered 1:1s and no micromanagement. * Comprehensive benefits including meal/food allowance, childcare support, home office allowance, health coverage, education and culture stipends, Gympass, birthday time-off, discounts on therapy and English courses, and other partnerships.
