A bit more about your day-to-day responsibilities: • Conduct active prospecting (cold calls, e\-mails, and social media) to acquire new clients; • Follow the outreach script (PIT), ensuring clear, empathetic, and value-oriented communication; • Qualify leads by gathering essential information such as: number of employees, HR structure, key pain points, use of other tools, and payroll system; • Address initial objections, spark the lead’s interest, and guide the conversation toward the next stage of the commercial journey; • Introduce the company and its differentiators during the first contact via phone, e\-mail, or social media; • Guide the lead to the call-to-action, scheduling the demo with the Sales Closer; • Track conversion metrics (current target: 8%, increasing to 10% next semester); • Participate in training sessions, alignment meetings, and SDR micro-training sessions, focused on continuous development in sales and communication.
