Participation in external activities and commercial campaigns About the Role: Founded in 1987 in Mato Grosso, RS Pneus operates in the importation and distribution of tires for agricultural, truck, and industrial segments. The company ranks among the largest tire importers and distributors in Brazil, distinguished by its financial stability, continuous growth, and strong presence in the domestic market. We seek a professional to provide strategic and operational support to the sales team, directly contributing to opportunity generation, customer relationship management, and sales support. Responsibilities * Conduct prospecting and customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, email, and social media; * Schedule meetings and visits for sales consultants; * Provide telephone and WhatsApp customer service; * Present the company, products, and clarify commercial policies; * Support customer service during consultants’ vacations or absences; * Perform pre-sales support when sales representatives are traveling; * Enter and track orders, and assist in obtaining order confirmations from customers; * Assist in developing sales representatives’ travel routes and visit scheduling; * Follow up with visited customers and support post-sales activities; * Participate in external activities and ad-hoc initiatives alongside consultants, strengthening customer relationships and commercial campaigns. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (pursuing a bachelor’s degree is a plus); * Prior experience in commercial areas, inside sales, pre-sales, or customer service; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation; * Proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp, email, CRM, Office suite); * Willingness to occasionally participate in external activities supporting the sales team.
