Position: **Purchaser / Logistics** Location: Tubarão – SC (On-site) **About the company** Estilo Home Center is a rapidly growing company in the vinyl flooring, laminate, and other surfacing materials segment. We operate via e-commerce, marketplaces, and direct sales, focusing on quality, agility, and customer experience. We are expanding our portfolio (including our own brand) and seeking someone to strengthen our digital operations. **Purpose of the position** Estilo Home Center seeks a strategic, organized, and highly analytical professional to serve as Purchaser, responsible for purchase management, supplier negotiation, and intelligent product replenishment—ensuring competitiveness, stock availability, and optimal margins for the company. **Key responsibilities** * Purchase domestic and imported products (flooring, baseboards, panels, accessories, and related materials) * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, commercial terms, and logistics with suppliers * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers * Identify new suppliers and cost-reduction opportunities * Monitor inventory levels, product turnover, and restocking needs * Plan purchases based on seasonality, promotional campaigns, and commercial demand * Track purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and supplier performance * Support import processes and private-label development * Collaborate with sales, logistics, and e-commerce teams to ensure operational alignment **Desired qualifications** * Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or negotiation * Analytical, commercial, and strategic mindset * Strong negotiation skills * Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing planning * Proficiency with ERP systems, spreadsheets, and KPIs * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Preferred: * Experience in construction, finishing materials, or home center sectors **Valued competencies** * Proactivity * Business acumen * Data-driven decision making * Clear communication * Priority management * Results- and margin-oriented focus **Function objective** Ensure intelligent purchasing, enhanced competitiveness, improved margins, and support for Estilo Home Center’s strategic growth. **Employment type** * On-site * Tubarão/SC Compensation: R$2\.700,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
