Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and producing desserts and sweets, ensuring high quality standards and creativity in product preparation and finishing. Key Highlights: 1. A welcoming environment focused on professional development and respect. * Prepare and produce desserts, sweets, and bakery products according to established recipes and standards. * Prepare doughs, fillings, and toppings used in pies, cakes, mousses, and other bakery items. * Decorate and finish products creatively and attractively, using decoration and presentation techniques. * Monitor ingredient inventory used in dessert production, requesting replenishment as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food hygiene and safety regulations. * Collaborate in the creation and development of new recipes and desserts, pursuing innovation and quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience: 6 months of experience in kitchen roles **Requirements and Qualifications** Responsible for preparing bakery and pastry products, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and flavor.
