Your role is essential to maintaining data and operational quality, consistency, and reliability, as well as providing technical support for executing critical steps in the operational workflow — ensuring defined strategies are implemented accurately, on time, and error-free. **Your responsibilities include:** * Completing and keeping the lead monetization spreadsheet updated with your area leader. * Scheduling and configuring SMS and email campaigns on platforms, following established processes. * Executing contingency applications and maintenance for SMS and email platforms. * Ensuring operational stability of campaigns by monitoring: + Deliveries + Blocks + Infrastructure failures + Need for operational adjustments * Analysis, Control, and Reporting * In addition to execution, you will also be responsible for: * Collecting campaign data from SMS and email channels. * Organizing performance metrics (deliveries, cost, revenue, AOV, basic ROI). * Populating operational reports and control spreadsheets. * Providing daily reports on: + Campaign status + Contingency actions + Ongoing requests + Operational blockers or risks ? **Purpose of the Role:** Ensure SMS and email operations run predictably, efficiently, and systematically — sustaining this revenue channel for the company through disciplined execution, operational control, and performance tracking. **Requirements:** **For this role, prior knowledge in the following areas is essential:** * Marketing fundamentals * Funnel analysis (acquisition, conversion, retention) * Consumer psychology and user behavior * Reading and interpreting performance data * Organization and analysis using spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) Basic understanding of data integration and information consistency * * Intermediate/Advanced English **Prior experience with specific SMS, email, or checkout platforms is not required.** **The tools used are part of our internal process and will be taught.** **We seek someone with a solid foundation in marketing, funnel analysis, and data — capable of rapidly learning new tools and executing processes with precision.**
