We're eagerly awaiting your arrival! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform advanced diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of light vehicles; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance services to a high quality standard; * Repair engines, suspension, brakes, steering, clutch, transmission, and air conditioning; * Use automotive scanners and diagnostic equipment to identify faults; * Provide technical leadership to mechanical and auxiliary teams, guiding processes and best practices; * Ensure timely delivery and quality of performed services; * Conduct road tests and final inspections before vehicle release; * Request parts and monitor material requirements for service execution; * Maintain workshop organization, tools, and work equipment; * Follow safety regulations, internal procedures, and company standards; * Support training and development of junior professionals; * Maintain professional and transparent communication with customers when necessary, explaining diagnostics and repairs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience as an automotive mechanic; * Advanced knowledge of engines, suspension, brakes, steering, transmission, and electronic fuel injection systems; * Experience with electronic diagnostics and automotive scanner usage; * Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of light vehicles; * Ability to identify complex failures and propose efficient technical solutions; * Automotive electrical knowledge is considered a plus; * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork profile; * Commitment to deadlines, quality, and safety in performed services; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor in customer service; * Completed high school education; * Technical courses in the automotive field are considered a plus; * Valid driver's license category B is considered a plus. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours, and Saturdays until noon * **At Cantu INC, you'll have access to these benefits:** * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * TotalPass; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Discount on product purchases; * Expertires (our training platform); * New Value (corporate benefits club); * "Refer a friend" program; * Zenklub platform – emotional health and wellbeing support; Partnership with Petlove – benefits for your pet; * **Inclusive job opportunity also available for people with disabilities.** We are the technology and logistics platform enabling comprehensive tire solutions, guiding buyers and supporting sellers.
