In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing operational processes, interfacing with hubs and carriers, supporting operational expansion, and contributing to the efficiency of services delivered to our customers. **Responsibilities** * Handle and follow up on requests via Zendesk; * Create, structure, and manage operational processes; * Monitor and validate pickup services with hubs; * Monitor orders stalled at hubs and carriers, taking necessary actions; * Support resolution of operational issues with hubs and carriers; * Conduct integration and testing with carriers; * Develop and monitor operational performance indicators; * Manage spreadsheets and close operational and dedicated transportation cost reports; * Handle hiring and management of dedicated drivers; * Recover lost orders that have been reimbursed; * Onboard new carriers and operational partners; * Certify packaging and goods with carriers; * Support implementation of new franchises, including training and operational process structuring; * Collaborate with CX, Commercial, and other company departments to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in operations or logistics; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks; * Experience with TMS; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and operational controls. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in logistics operations and carrier management; * Experience with freight rate tables; * Background in technology, logistics, or e-commerce companies; * Experience creating and monitoring operational KPIs. **We Offer:** * Hapvida Health Insurance * Hapvida Dental Insurance * Meal or Food Allowance of BRL 31 per workday * Life Insurance * Wellhub * Special Bonus * Day Off * SESC Benefits * Psychological Support **Work Location**: Ribeirão Preto - SP **(100% On-site)** Join us in our mission to drive the success of Brazilian businesses by simplifying shipping logistics. **\#VEMPRASMART
