Logistics Operator

Description

Job Summary: This professional will monitor and process sales orders, perform system integrations and updates, and track order flow to ensure logistical organization and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Processing and tracking of sales orders and e-commerce logistics 2. Inventory control and movement, returns management, and after-sales logistics 3. Interaction with internal teams and carriers to ensure on-time delivery Monitor and process sales orders via VTEX; Perform order integrations and updates in the Procfit system; Pick, verify, and pack orders for shipment, ensuring compliance and quality; Issue invoices, shipping labels, and other logistics documents; Monitor order flow in real time, identifying operational failures or bottlenecks; Manage and track inventory in the ERP system (receipts, shipments, returns, and inventory counts); Support returns, exchanges, and logistical after-sales processes; Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and carrier teams to ensure timely delivery; Maintain warehouse and shipping area organization, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards; Propose improvements to e-commerce logistics processes.
