Focus on profitability and service quality **What does a Dedicated Manager do at Transking?** Responsible for the operational management of dedicated clients, ensuring operational efficiency, business profitability, adherence to internal guidelines, and customer satisfaction. Strategically manages teams, fleet, operational costs, and suppliers to ensure continuity and quality of services delivered. **Responsibilities** * Manage the administrative/team tower (analysts and coordinators), promoting alignment with company guidelines, employee development, and a healthy organizational climate. * Oversee dedicated Middle Mile operations in e-commerce, ensuring SLA compliance, operational time windows, and efficient integration between logistical origins and destinations. * Ensure operational efficiency for dedicated clients, with focus on profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction. * Control and analyze operational costs, including vehicle maintenance and consumption. * Monitor employee compliance with regulations, procedures, and operational conduct. * Plan and validate vehicle scheduling according to operational demands. * Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes for operational staff. * Evaluate, approve, and monitor suppliers and related operational payments. * Monitor operational and financial performance indicators, proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Ensure active communication with drivers, guiding them on best practices for transportation, safety, and vehicle preservation. **Qualifications** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in operational management, fleet management, and team leadership. * Knowledge of cost control, performance indicators, and supplier management. * Experience with Middle Mile operations in e-commerce.
