**Job Category** ================ Supply Chain & Procurement**Position Summary** ==================== The Logistics Development Coordinator, LA plays a strategic role in implementing Operational Excellence in logistics, serving as a bridge between regional strategy (LATAM) and local execution in Brazil. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of strategic logistics projects, ensuring operational efficiency, delivery of results, and alignment with regional and corporate priorities. The role directly supports continuous improvement initiatives, development of CAPEX investment business cases, optimization of logistics networks, and building data analytics capabilities—including data collection, processing, and analysis; KPI automation; and creation of dashboards and reports—to strengthen operational performance and contribute to savings generation. Additionally, this role ensures alignment between local initiatives and regional governance, promoting standardization, visibility, and execution discipline.**Responsibilities** ==================== * Lead and coordinate the execution of strategic logistics projects and IT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with business objectives. * Lead savings projects by identifying and structuring cost reduction opportunities across logistics and Supply Chain, and track progress to ensure delivery and alignment with regional targets. * Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, IT, Safety), ensuring efficient project execution. * Support process standardization and application of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, PDCA) within logistics operations. * Develop and structure CAPEX logistics investment business cases, ensuring feasibility analysis, prioritization, and strategic alignment to support decision-making. * Drive logistics network optimization initiatives, including analysis, design, and implementation of operational improvements. * Lead KPI automation and data analytics initiatives: collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources; develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively; identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities—ensuring visibility, standardization, and decision-support for logistics operations. * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards, strengthening analytical capabilities of regional Logistics teams. * Identify, promote, and coordinate sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of logistics operations. **Minimum Qualifications** ========================== **EDUCATION** Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** More than 4 years of relevant experience in project management—including planning, execution, and control; continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, PDCA, or similar); logistics data analysis, business intelligence, or related functions; KPI definition and automation; decision-support activities; and coordination of cross-functional initiatives. **Languages:** English — Intermediate; Spanish preferred **Computer Tools:** Advanced Excel and Power BI; SQL knowledge and familiarity with programming languages such as Python are desirable **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE** Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations Knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX and investment management Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Experience in logistics or network optimization projects Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling applied to operations **What We Offer as a Company** At Bridgestone, what truly matters is generating opportunities for co-creation while stimulating your curiosity and creativity to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for present and future generations.
