Its work indirectly reaches more than 2 million elementary school students, with evidence of improved learning outcomes, and includes an active network of approximately 2,000 public leaders. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position: Leadership Programs Coordination** **Position Summary:** The Leadership Programs Coordination will lead the integrated implementation of Motriz’s leadership development programs—including training public leaders at various career stages—and the strategic management of the Motriz Alumni Network. This role serves as a bridge between strategy and implementation, ensuring operational excellence, methodological quality, and institutional alignment in program execution.
