Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining software, providing technical support and user training, and assisting in system development.
Key Highlights:

3. Assistance in the development and maintenance of computerized systems
* Plan and implement installation of low-to-medium-complexity software;
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed software;
* Train users on program usage and document installation procedures;
* Provide support to users of various programs deployed across the company.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assist in the development and maintenance of computerized systems;
* Perform maintenance on microcomputers, printers, software, and hardware;
* Monitor and control the operational environment of the computer network;
* Receive and transmit data;
* Provide technical assistance for the installation and use of computer equipment and software, as well as physical relocation of such equipment when required;
* Develop operational routines;
* Provide user support;
* Ensure proper custody and preservation of equipment, materials, and allocated physical space;
* Activate and configure network points;
* Distribute office IT supplies (printer cartridges, labels, ribbons, wax, toner);
* Install and remove the projector in the auditorium or other rooms upon request;
* Install, relocate, and configure telephones;
* Perform other duties relevant to the position as assigned by supervisors.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology;
* Prior experience in this role is desirable.

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
