If you are solution-oriented, organized, and process-driven, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** In general: * The Facilities Supervisor is the organizational leader for all building-related demands. They forecast and execute maintenance, correct deviations, and ensure full operation of administrative activities and service providers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Leading the mapping of departmental processes and routines; * Managing the cleaning service execution schedule; * Managing the preventive maintenance schedule for building infrastructure; * Liaising with service providers and suppliers, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and execution of departmental activities; * Supervising and managing existing departmental contracts; * Supporting internal customers with their operational requests; * Ensuring execution of the team’s operational checklist / activity dashboard, aiming to achieve departmental goals; * Monitoring service request response indicators for the Facilities team; * Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, acting proactively and systematically; * Negotiating maintenance budgets and procurement of supplies, managing and executing the budget plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** You: * Hold a completed bachelor’s degree (e.g., Administration, Engineering, Communications, or related fields); * Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Administrative/Facilities Supervisor; * Possess intermediate-level Excel skills. It would be a plus if you: * Have experience managing budgets; * Possess knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance for building infrastructure and Facilities; * Have knowledge of building management. **Additional Information** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:42–12:00 and 13:30–18:00; Work model: On-site (Araçatuba); Employment type: CLT.
