**Description:**
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
Solid and proven experience in strategic Marketing roles, preferably in consumer goods companies (food industry experience is desirable);
Strong strategic vision, analytical capability, and results orientation;
Experience in brand, category, and portfolio management;
Experience in 360° campaigns, innovation, product launches, and budget management;
Experience leading senior and cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed corporate environments;
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and executive influence capability;
Integrated business perspective and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Willingness to work onsite in Ribeirão Preto \- SP.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
Define and drive strategic Marketing planning aligned with corporate planning, focusing on competitiveness, sustainable growth, and brand strengthening;
Manage the full product lifecycle, including performance analysis, portfolio review and prioritization, modernizations, discontinuations, and identification of expansion opportunities;
Lead, develop, and guide Category Managers and Brand Managers, ensuring clear guidelines, strategic goals, initiative prioritization, and team synergy;
Structure and ensure governance of Marketing processes, projects, and programs, guaranteeing standardization, plan monitoring, and effectiveness of management rituals;
Conduct market, competitive, trend, and category potential analyses to support strategic decisions on positioning, innovation, and portfolio;
Manage communication, advertising, campaign, and event initiatives, ensuring institutional coherence, brand consistency, and alignment with strategic positioning;
Govern new product development and launch projects in partnership with R\&D, Operations, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders;
Monitor Marketing and Portfolio KPIs, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement of results;
Lead planning and management of the corporate Marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation, strategic prioritization, and ROI focus;
Represent the Marketing function institutionally with agencies, partners, media, and external entities, reinforcing company reputation and positioning;
Act as an executive leader, influencing strategic decisions and contributing to the development of new businesses and an integrated vision across Marketing, Sales, Innovation, and Operations.
