Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the organization and accuracy of products in stock and on the sales floor, supporting the team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory organization and control to optimize the sales process. 2. Assistance in restocking and preparing products for display. 3. Teamwork in a dynamic retail environment. Ensure product availability, organization, and accuracy in both inventory and on the sales floor, guaranteeing that the sales team has agility and support to deliver a fantastic shopping experience with high-quality athletic footwear, appropriate technology, and excellent value for money to the customer.* Receive goods, verify invoices, and check quantities and product integrity. * Organize inventory according to category, size, color, and product turnover. * Monitor incoming and outgoing goods in the system, maintaining up-to-date records. * Continuously replenish products on the sales floor according to demand. * Support periodic and cycle counts, ensuring inventory accuracy. * Maintain physical inventory condition by keeping it clean, organized, and secure. * Prepare products for display (tags, security alarms, folding, packaging). * Execute return, exchange, and inter-store transfer processes. * Strictly follow loss prevention and inventory control procedures. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent. * Organization, discipline, and attention to detail. * Physical ability to handle boxes and heavy items. * Basic computer and inventory system knowledge. * Prior experience as a stock clerk or store assistant. * Retail experience in fashion, sportswear, or footwear. * Knowledge of inventory and replenishment routines. * Agility. * Collaboration. * Ability to work in a team. * Ability to work under pressure during peak periods. **About Skechers** Skechers, a global Fortune 500® company, develops and markets a diverse range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
