We seek and value positive, engaged, extroverted, and proactive individuals.*** **WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE** * **Inventory Management:** Control, organization, and monitoring of inventory, ensuring an efficient flow aligned across production, stock, and shipping. * **Order Shipping:** Picking, verification, and packaging of orders with care and attention, ensuring each delivery reflects the brand’s care, quality, and affection until it reaches the customer. * **Exchange and Return Management:** Receiving and verifying orders returned for exchange or refund. * **Monthly Inventory:** Conducting the monthly physical inventory, performing verifications and necessary adjustments to ensure consistency between physical stock and the online system. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** * A person with **high energy**, enthusiasm, and who enjoys working with people. * Organized and detail-oriented, without compromising agility. * Enjoys rolling up sleeves and getting things done. * Strong communication skills and extroverted personality. * Eager to learn, continuously improve, and build a growth trajectory alongside Tropicus. * Residing in Campinas. * Completed high school education. * Preferred/Desirable: Enrolled in or having completed a course in a related field. * Experience in e\-commerce or operations is a plus. However, more than experience, we seek someone with drive, responsibility, and positive energy.
