Optimize marketplace listings and customer service **Internship Position — E\-commerce Assistant \| Bike Company** **Bike Company**, a leader in selling bicycle parts and accessories across Brazil's largest marketplaces, is looking for an **E\-commerce Assistant Intern** to join our team! If you are agile, organized, passionate about technology and marketplaces, and eager to learn firsthand how a real e\-commerce business operates, this opportunity is for you! **Daily Responsibilities** You will support the team with the following tasks: * **Generate shipping labels (Shopee, Mercado Livre, Magalu, etc.)** * **Adjust and optimize listings** (titles, images, descriptions, variations) * **Customer service** on marketplaces * Order organization and tracking * Monitor sales status and post\-sale processes * Other activities related to marketplace operations **Working Hours** * **6 hours per day** (Monday to Friday) Schedule to be agreed upon. **Internship Stipend** * **R$ 800 to R$ 900 \+ Transportation Allowance** **Requirements** * Be organized and responsible * Enjoy working with computers and digital platforms * Be comfortable with operational routines * Have a strong desire to learn and grow within e\-commerce Job Type: Internship, Apprenticeship Contract Duration: 36 months Payment: R$800.00 \- R$900.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation Allowance
