Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and agile Designer to develop visual identities, social media graphics, and strategic assets—transforming ideas into impactful visual solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Create impactful social media graphics and digital materials. 2. Collaborate with social media specialists, copywriters, and traffic specialists. 3. Track visual trends and organize the creative workflow. We are looking for a creative, agile Designer with a strong aesthetic sense to develop visual identities, social media graphics, digital materials, and strategic assets for diverse clients and industries. The professional will be responsible for transforming ideas into impactful, on-brand visual solutions aligned with each brand’s positioning. **Responsibilities** * Create social media graphics (posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, campaigns). * Develop digital graphic assets: banners, ads, layouts, presentations. * Create visual identities and maintain brand standards. * Produce supporting materials: mockups, highlights, visual elements. * Revise and refine graphics based on internal and client feedback. * Adapt existing layouts to new formats. * Deliver organized, optimized files adhering to Prime2B standards. * Collaborate closely with Social Media, copywriters, and the traffic team. * Monitor visual trends, modern styles, and market references. * Organize folders, assets, and the creative workflow to ensure productivity. **Requirements** * Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar software. * Ability to produce high-quality work quickly. * Creativity, attention to detail, and refined aesthetic sensibility. * Organization, time management, and commitment to deadlines. * Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into coherent design. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in motion design (After Effects, CapCut Pro). * Knowledge of branding and visual identity development. * Experience in designing for paid traffic.
