Do you want to join Spark and explore the full potential of Influencer Marketing? **Responsibilities and Duties** Collect and analyze data from various company departments and internal tools, understanding variables impacting each operation. Transform data into insights to support business decisions: identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, proposing solutions or process improvements based on analysis. Define and establish operational KPIs reflecting the company’s efficiency and performance goals. Monitor KPIs regularly to ensure goals are met and propose adjustments as needed. Create interactive dashboards and analytical reports that facilitate data understanding and support decision-making. Ensure visualizations are intuitive and accessible to diverse stakeholders. Assist in improving existing reports together with the internal tools’ product team. Communication of results: assist in building presentations of insights obtained using data visualizations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s program in Communications or Data-related fields. Experience in advertising or influencer marketing. Experience creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and final reports, including an initial layer of analysis, highlights, and hypotheses serving as input for other departments; experience working in data teams at advertising agencies or influencer marketing agencies; maintain and manage client databases. Maintain constant alignment with Media and Production teams to ensure accuracy of reported data.
