If you aspire to drive transformation and believe you can add value to challenges involving social and environmental responsibility, Engemon is the ideal place for you! **Your responsibilities will include:** Ensuring that construction proceeds strictly according to executive project plans at all stages and guaranteeing the quality of work execution. You will be responsible for supervising and inspecting the entire construction process—from foundation to completion—with the following duties: * Execute civil engineering projects for construction and/or maintenance of general structures related to buildings. * Develop work plans and methodologies to guide field staff in executing works according to appropriate technical standards. * Determine the required number of personnel for each construction phase, managing and monitoring assigned activities. * Monitor and guide the physical and financial schedule of the construction project. * Conduct quantitative surveys of equipment, materials, and services. * Collaborate with the Production Civil Engineer to identify solutions and implement the designed work, providing technical guidance and finish-related instructions to staff. * Monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in reading and interpreting design plans, construction scheduling control, and quantitative surveying of equipment, materials, and services. * Experience required in foundation works, precast concrete, and steel structures. * Experience leading teams and executing medium- to large-scale construction projects. **What we expect from you:** * Effective communication to establish strong client relationships; * Teamwork to foster a friendly working environment; * Organizational skills to manage daily tasks; * Dynamism to handle a variety of activities and challenges. **Why work at Engemon:** Working at Engemon means joining a company with a rich history, tackling a diverse range of stimulating projects, accessing opportunities for personal development, being part of an organizational culture that values collaboration, health, and well-being, and contributing to projects generating positive impacts.
