Application of sales concepts and consultative approach with customers A party supplies store in Leme (Downtown) is seeking an E-commerce Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service via the e-commerce operation's digital channels. Support customers regarding orders, products, and purchasing processes. Daily operation and assistance on e-commerce and marketplace platforms. Record and update order-related information—including exchanges and inquiries—in systems and spreadsheets. Apply sales concepts and a consultative approach when interacting with customers. Previous experience as an E-commerce Assistant, Online Sales Assistant, E-commerce Analyst, or E-commerce Operator may indicate alignment with some of this position’s activities. High school diploma required.
