Requirements: Mandatory: Completed high school education; Basic computer and online sales application knowledge; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency; Strong communication skills for interacting with customers via app or phone when necessary; Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure while meeting delivery deadlines; Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled. Preferred: Experience in item picking, verification, or restocking. Responsibilities: Receive and track orders placed via the store’s website or app; Accurately pick and verify items requested by customers; Substitute unavailable items per company guidelines and contact customers when applicable; Package goods appropriately to ensure product integrity; Support dispatch processes, including labeling and shipment of orders; Update sales tracking systems and reporting tools when required; Assist customers with inquiries or issues related to e\-commerce; Maintain orderly inventory and order-picking areas; Support other store departments as needed.
