Offers a collaborative environment, learning opportunities, and professional growth. **E\-commerce Assistant (Onsite)** We are looking for an **E\-commerce Assistant** to work onsite at our footwear store, supporting online channel operations and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Product listing and updates on the website (descriptions, prices, photos, and inventory); * Order tracking, order picking, and support with shipping; * Customer service via WhatsApp, e\-mail, or online platforms; * Support for promotional campaigns and website organization; * Basic inventory control integrated between physical store and online channel. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college enrollment or degree preferred); * Basic computer and digital platform knowledge; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills; * Prior experience in the field. **Job Details:** * Work Mode: **Onsite** * Working Hours: Business hours * Location: Av.
