We seek a friendly, attentive, and commercially oriented individual to provide in-store face-to-face customer service, support the commercial process, assist the sales team, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. We value welcoming, attentive service with a strong focus on the experience of our visitors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greeting customers in-store * Face-to-face and consultative customer service * Presenting products and suggesting combinations * Preparing quotations * Closing sales * Organizing and maintaining the showroom * Supporting the commercial department **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills * Enjoyment of interacting with people * Ability to learn quickly * Sales experience * Completed high school education **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in retail and e-commerce * Experience with CRM systems **Behavioral Profile:** Proactive, determined profile with **a focus on results**.
