A cosmetics company is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Barueri. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service via chat (WhatsApp), clarifying doubts regarding orders, deliveries, and products. Monitor e-commerce after-sales, ensuring prompt responses to customers. Analyze reported incidents and request necessary information (e.g., delays, damages, shipping errors, dissatisfaction, etc.), recording all details in an organized manner on Trello. Manage and track open tickets, updating customers on status, deadlines, and solutions until each case is resolved. Support refund and reshipment processes, including data verification, communication with customers, and internal alignment for resolution. Support social media efforts by proposing content ideas, trend suggestions, and current references, collaborating with the creative team. Monitor comments and respond appropriately according to the company's tone of voice; monitor messages and route them to the correct service channel. Previous experience as Marketing Analyst, Marketing Coordinator, Communications Assistant, or Social Media Assistant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
