We are seeking a **Style Assistant**, responsible for supporting the style team in collection development, contributing to the organization, research, and execution of creative processes—focused on quality, deadlines, and alignment with the brand’s DNA. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Support the completion and updating of detailed technical sheets, including all necessary visual information. * Catalog, organize, and update the department’s entire material archive. * Assist in creating moodboards and organizing collection materials. * Communicate garment technical details to production and monitor execution according to established standards. * Monitor the collection development schedule and calendar demands, as well as routine collection development activities. * Support the style team in organizing and producing photo shoots for campaigns, lookbooks, and digital materials. * Collaborate in monitoring garment fittings, adjustments, and pilot approvals. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance (VT) and meal allowance (VA); * Work with multidisciplinary teams; * Environment of continuous learning and interaction with outstanding professionals; * Dental care plan; * Health insurance; * Discounts on Avanzzo clothing and accessories; * Birthday Day Off; * SESC partnership.
