Job Summary: The Commercial and Marketing Assistant supports the Commercial Management with sales data analysis and assists Trade Marketing in creating visual assets, digital marketing campaigns, and organizing brand events. Logistical organization of brand events Commercial and Marketing Assistant Position Objective Provide analytical support to the Commercial Management with sales data and store performance metrics, and support the Trade Marketing team in creating visual assets, executing digital marketing initiatives, and organizing brand events. Main Responsibilities Support to Commercial Management Consolidate and organize sales data from the 8 stores (targets, quotas, store-level and salesperson-level performance) Regularly update spreadsheets and commercial tracking dashboards Prepare reports and summaries to support Commercial Management decisions Identify and flag target deviations or data-related issues of concern Trade Marketing Create visual assets and materials for commercial initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and in-store communications (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) Support execution of the Trade Marketing calendar (campaigns, promotions, special dates) Assist with digital marketing initiatives: social media posts, WhatsApp/Instagram materials, and monitoring basic engagement metrics Support planning and logistical organization of brand events (store openings, in-store activities, team trainings) Requirements Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields is a plus) Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets for data organization and interpretation Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) Familiarity with social media platforms Strong written and visual communication skills Organized, proactive profile with analytical thinking ability Salary: BRL 1800.00 + commission Payment: BRL 1,800.00 – BRL 1,801.00 per month Benefits: * Commercial agreements and discounts * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
