Job Summary: Administrative internship focused on issuing logistics documents, delivery control, and operational support, with emphasis on social responsibility. Key Highlights: 1. Engagement with social responsibility in pharmaceutical transportation **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **08:00 AM to 12:00 PM**, with a **15-minute break**. One day per week will be dedicated to the **administrative course at CIEE institution**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue **CT-e, MDF-e, and manifests**; * Support the control of **delivery confirmations**, photographic evidence, and operational documents; * Support **administrative routines of operations**, including document organization, spreadsheet controls, system updates, and file management; * Provide **administrative support to related departments of the branch**, as required. **Desired Profile:** * Proactive young person with strong motivation, focus, and commitment; * Organized, responsible, and hardworking profile; * Willingness to **learn and develop in the logistics field**; * Sensitivity and engagement with **social responsibility at work**, understanding the importance of transporting medicines intended for the population. **Note:** Applicants must be currently enrolled in **High School**, preferably in the **2nd year**, as the company offers a **career plan** with **high chances of permanent employment**.
