




Job Summary: We are seeking a Route Nutritionist to work in an itinerant capacity, ensuring food quality and safety through audits and team guidance. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a Route Nutritionist to work in an itinerant capacity, guaranteeing quality standards, food safety, and good practices at the units under their responsibility. This professional will be responsible for on-site operational monitoring, conducting technical audits, guiding teams, and ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations and the company’s nutritional guidelines. This is a strategic and operational position with strong field presence. * Conduct periodic visits to units along the assigned route. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and health surveillance regulations. * Monitor food production, storage, and distribution. * Deliver training to operational teams (kitchen, warehouse, service). * Develop and review menus according to nutritional guidelines and the profile of the served population. * Monitor quality indicators, waste, and costs. * Conduct internal audits and prepare technical compliance reports. * Proactively correct deviations and implement improvements. * Support inspection and external audit processes. Requirements: * Completed degree in Nutrition. * Active and valid Regional Nutrition Council (CRN) registration. * Prior experience in UAN (Food and Nutrition Unit), industrial, hospital, school, or corporate kitchens. * Experience in audits, quality control, and food safety. * Availability for frequent travel (route-based work). * Valid driver’s license.
