Main Responsibilities * Technical Management and Governance * Serve as the technical reference for assigned teams, ensuring solutions comply with client standards, architecture, and guidelines. * Monitor and guide teams with a focus on best practices: architecture, code quality, testing, continuous integration, security, and observability. * Conduct periodic technical reviews (architecture, code, performance, quality). * Identify technical gaps and propose action plans for improvement. * People and Performance Management * Monitor the technical performance of assigned professionals (technical 1:1s, technical development plans). * Support the team in resolving technical or organizational blockers. * Collaborate with Blite to build technical development paths to elevate team capability. * Act as guardian of the team’s delivery culture, attitude, and excellence within the client environment. * Technical Client Relationship * Serve as Blite’s technical focal point for the client, participating in strategic meetings, rituals, and alignment forums. * Understand client demands, priorities, and challenges, translating them into actionable plans for the team. * Anticipate issues and adopt a consultative stance, proposing suggestions for evolution, efficiency, and quality. * Periodically report status, metrics, and improvement plans. Minimum Requirements * Experience as a Software Architect, Tech Lead, or equivalent role. * Experience with distributed systems architecture, microservices, and platform integration. * Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, especially .NET and Angular. * Strong proficiency in various cloud platforms, especially Azure and AWS. * Solid knowledge of architectural patterns, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, and engineering best practices. * Experience with CI/CD, quality assurance, automated testing, basic SRE/observability, and application security. * Nice-to-Haves * Experience in environments with multiple squads or assigned teams. * Prior background in consulting, software factories, or AMS. * Experience bridging technical teams and business areas. * Certifications or a history of technical/architectural leadership.
