Focus on results and customer experience 3. Support planning and monitoring of KPIs **STORE SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** Coordinate and guide the store team in performing daily activities. Monitor employee performance, providing continuous feedback and focusing on results. Ensure service quality and standardization, prioritizing excellence in customer experience. Organize work schedules, task assignments, and support conflict resolution. Monitor and guide the team on operational routines: organization, cleaning, product expiration dates, restocking, and product display. Assist management in developing the team’s Training Plan and in training delivery. Support planning and monitoring of store KPIs: revenue, average transaction value, number of customers, gross margin (COGS), inventory turnover, and losses. Propose strategic sales and marketing actions to achieve targets. Assist in report analysis, KPI tracking, and decision-making. Operate the cash register when necessary. **Requirements:** Completed bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Nutrition, or related fields). Experience in results-oriented management. Proficiency with management tools: Excel, PowerPoint, presentations, and spreadsheets. Aptitude for systems and technology. ERP system experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Intermediate Excel knowledge preferred. Presentation skills (PowerPoint, Canva) preferred. Digital marketing and CRM knowledge preferred. Intermediate AI knowledge preferred. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week – rotating 6x1 schedule (shopping mall hours) **Benefits:** Salary: R$ 2\.200,00\. Monthly performance bonus: up to R$ 600,00\. Transportation allowance.
