RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * Prepare snacks for patients according to medical prescriptions and/or snacks for physicians as directed by the nutritionist; * Provide prescribed diets, assemble meals, and prepare cutlery and napkin kits; * Serve snacks and meals in accordance with the dietary maps for patients and/or physicians; * Collect meal trays from patients and/or physicians; * Organize and perform cleaning and sanitization of all materials used during shifts: pitchers, trays, pots, blenders, etc., as well as the work environment; * Sanitize meal transport carts used during shifts; * Refill water in nutrition department refrigerators; * Fulfill management requests regarding fruit and snack preparation; * Comply with the company’s Good Manufacturing Practices Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) applicable to your area of operation, as established by the company or current legislation. REQUIREMENTS: Incomplete elementary education. PREFERRED: Experience as a Dietary Aide or in similar roles.
