




Job Summary: Responsible for planning and preparing meals, ensuring proper food handling and storage while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ethical and professional collaboration with the school staff Main Responsibilities: Plan and prepare meals according to the menu developed by the technical supervisor (nutritionist, if applicable). Perform pre-preparation and preparation of food, observing appropriate techniques for handling and storage. Ensure compliance with Sanitary Surveillance regulations and good food handling practices. Monitor expiration dates, storage conditions, and organization of food supplies. Maintain kitchen, pantry, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. Conduct basic inventory control, reporting when food or material replenishment is needed. Follow guidelines regarding students' dietary restrictions, allergies, and special diets. Assist in organizing and distributing meals at scheduled times. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. Collaborate with the school staff, maintaining ethical, courteous, and professional conduct in the educational environment. Requirements: Relevant work experience.
