Manage and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for SPM São Paulo Brazil Procurement **Job Description \- External Recruitment** The Global Procurement COE team is seeking a candidate for the position of Global Source-to-Contract Specialist. This role requires deep understanding of procurement business processes and practical knowledge of IT systems and tools to drive standardized sourcing processes, Supplier Performance Management (SPM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), leveraging technology platforms such as Jaggaer, Coupa, and others. **Responsibilities:** **eSourcing:*** Drive global adoption of RF(x) tools by global procurement teams, ensuring adherence to ADM standards; * Support global procurement management teams to maximize value and efficiency in sourcing processes; * Serve as a reference for methodologies, best practices, and advanced digital sourcing strategies; * Support global tactical procurement teams in electronic auction processes to maximize value and effectiveness. **Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM):*** Act as a CLM process specialist, supporting global users in platform utilization and adherence to the defined operational model; * Participate in the design, implementation, evolution, and maintenance of the global CLM process, ensuring standardization, governance, and compliance. **Supplier Performance Management (SPM):*** Manage and enhance the global SPM program’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure standardization and compliance; * Administer the supplier scorecard process, supporting category teams in performance analysis and improvement planning. **Continuous Improvement and Digitalization:** * Identify, propose, and implement procurement process improvements through digital tools such as Office 365 (Power BI, PowerApps, Teams), Qualtrics, and procurement platforms; * Support automation, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives within the Global Procurement COE. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, International Relations, or related fields; * Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain; * Experience in Strategic Procurement and/or exposure to RF(x) tools (especially Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, or Coupa); * Advanced/Fluent English. **Desirable:** * Experience in the food or agribusiness industry; * MBA; * ISM CPSM certification; * Spanish. **\#IncluindoVocê** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
