Strengthening relationships with local and national suppliers **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Develop and implement procurement strategies for carpentry materials, dry construction materials, tools, and related items; Establish and strengthen relationships with local and national suppliers; Negotiate contracts, monitor KPIs, and ensure quality, competitive costs, and delivery agility; Collaborate with sales and logistics teams, considering seasonal demand and product launches; Manage critical inventory, turnover, and working capital; Lead the procurement team, promoting continuous improvement and innovation; Identify market trends and applicable technologies for retail. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed bachelor's degree; Proven experience in strategic procurement; Knowledge of negotiation, contracts, and market analysis; Experience with ERP systems, procurement tools, and BI; Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and team leadership capability. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible) \| Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (flexible) **BENEFITS:** PJ contract; R$ 7,000.00 \- R$ 10,000.00 \+ monthly variable of R$ 1,000.00 (performance-based); Annual fixed salary increment plan of R$ 1,000.00 per year for 3 years; Pluxee Multibenefits Card – R$ 400.00 (telemedicine, nutritionist, Gympass); Profit-sharing program (PLR) — up to 3 additional salaries per year.
