Job Summary: Professional to develop and implement procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, lead a team, and identify retail market trends. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the procurement team and promote continuous improvement. 2. Develop and implement procurement strategies. 3. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality and agility. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Develop and implement procurement strategies for carpentry materials, dry construction supplies, tools, and related items; Build and strengthen relationships with local and national suppliers; Negotiate contracts, monitor KPIs, and ensure quality, competitive cost, and delivery agility; Collaborate with sales and logistics teams, considering seasonal demand and product launches; Manage critical inventory, turnover, and working capital; Lead the procurement team, promoting continuous improvement and innovation; Identify retail market trends and applicable technologies. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree completed; Proven experience in strategic procurement; Knowledge of negotiation, contracts, and market analysis; Experience with ERP systems, procurement tools, and BI; Analytical profile, strong communication skills, relationship management ability, and team leadership capability. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **BENEFITS:** PJ contract; R$ 7\.000,00 fixed monthly salary \+ R$ 1\.000,00 monthly variable (performance-based); Annual salary increment plan of R$ 1\.000,00 added to the fixed salary for 3 years; Pluxee Multibenefits Card – R$ 400,00 (telemedicine, nutritionist, Gympass); Profit Sharing Program (PLR) — up to 3 additional salaries per year.
